The villa is organized on three levels: on the ground floor, you will enjoy a sunny terrace with an outdoor dining area, perfect for breakfast or dinner al fresco, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a convivial dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and more. The first floor features a master suite with private bathroom, a family bathroom with bathtub, and a study/single bedroom connecting to a double bedroom, ideal for children or guests. The top floor attic offers a large bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed, perfect for siblings or friends. Outside, relax in the private pool (open seasonally) or in the large enclosed garden, a safe space for children and conducive to relaxation. The sunny terrace with barbecue invites you to enjoy convivial moments outdoors. The villa faces southwest, ensuring optimal light throughout the day. The proximity of bike paths, the lake, and village amenities allows you to take full advantage of outdoor activities: bike rides, swimming, hiking in the Bout-du-Lac nature reserve, or even winter sports in the Bauges and Aravis resorts. For your comfort, linens and towels are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Our local team will welcome you personally and is available until 8:00 p.m. for any assistance you may need.
