Built as a single storey villa, the property is accessed through iron gates and down a driveway lined with oleander. The villa has a large uncovered terrace that overlooks the front door and also the pool area. Inside, there is a spacious and airy living/dining room with large sliding doors that provide an unrestricted view of the entire countryside. There are two sofas with cushions in the living room and a large teak table perfect for dining all together. Adjacent to the lounge is a fitted kitchen with a door leading out to a covered terrace with a teak table and chairs and a separate barbecue perfect for alfresco dining. To the left of the entrance there is a hallway (with fitted closets) leading to two double bedrooms with fitted closets, a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with fitted closets and an en-suite bathroom. For the safety of the children, the pool is closed. Free air conditioning from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h. The tourist tax is included in the price.
