The living room is decorated in a traditional style, with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings, and has direct access doors to the pool terrace. The kitchen, located next to the living room, is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table. From here, the rear of the property can be accessed through the adjacent laundry room. The kitchen includes a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Villa Ca na Lloreta has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with twin beds sharing a bathroom with separate shower. From one of the bedrooms with single beds, located at the front of the villa, stairs lead up to the most special feature of Villa Ca na Lloreta: an exclusive lounge area at the top of the tower, with windows on all four sides, offering a 360° panoramic view of the resort. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating. Outside, Villa Ca na Lloreta has a private swimming pool, with a large sunbathing terrace on one side and a large garden with lawn on the other. The south orientation guarantees many hours of sunshine during the day, although the trees offer pleasant shade for those who prefer a break from the heat. The patio area, located next to the living room, is covered and offers a comfortable space for outdoor dining, complemented by a built-in barbecue at the back of the garden.
