Nature is not a place to visit, it is home. I would be delighted to offer you my Villa Viva in Povlja on the island of Brač. On approximately 6,000 m², surrounded by a stone wall, olive groves, and offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the mountain range, you can enjoy the sunset and complete privacy. The furnishings and buildings are high-quality, innovative, and selected according to ecological and individual criteria. I purchased the villa in 2022, and its natural setting and surroundings make it the perfect place for my family to dream of. Discover the beauty of nature and tranquility with all your senses. Povlja is a beautiful fishertown right on the sea. It boasts quiet, secluded beaches and coves with crystal-clear, turquoise water. There is also a shallow area for children, which the locals call "the bathtub" because it's where the village children learned to swim (approximately 5 minutes from the villa). Sumartin and Selca are authentic neighboring villages where you can experience Croatian hospitality. If you're looking for hustle and bustle and a change of pace, you'll find it in the town of Bol, about 20 km away.
