Here, the day begins with coffee on the terrace and birdsong, and ends by the crackling fireplace with a film and popcorn. The dog runs around the fenced garden, and at last, you don’t have to rush anywhere. 🏡 The house A house for 2–4 people on a private, fully fenced plot of around 700 m². It stands beside a quiet gravel lane surrounded by forest – there are 4 residential houses nearby, as well as our second house. The entire property is exclusively yours; we don’t live on site. 🛋 Inside • living room with a fireplace (firewood included), a sofa bed and TV, popcorn machine, games and books • table for 4, also suitable for working; Wi-Fi is available • kitchenette: induction hob (2 burners), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dishes • upstairs (steep stairs): a mezzanine with an armchair and forest views, with access from there to a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed • bathroom with a shower, towels and basic toiletries • central heating + fireplace; no air conditioning, fans in summer 🌿 Outside • fenced garden – your dog can run around freely • terrace with furniture and sun loungers, charcoal grill, fire pit, playground, trampoline • parking for 2 cars 🐾 With a dog 1 dog, PLN 30/night. You can leave your dog alone in the house – guests are responsible for any damage; please cover the sofa with a blanket. 📍 Nearby • the sea is around 20 minutes away by car, Koszalin around 15 minutes • Lake Niedalińskie around a 5-minute walk, Lake Hajka around a 20-minute walk through the forest • Żabka around 5 minutes away, Biedronka in Świeszyno around 10 minutes by car • the final approx. 1 km is an unpaved road – any car can drive along it ℹ️ Good to know Self check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Quiet hours 22:00–6:00; smoking and parties are not allowed. In summer, there can be mosquitoes near the forest – the windows do not have insect screens. We can communicate in Polish and English.
