One space, many possibilities. A floating house on the water serves as a houseboat, a self-contained apartment, an office, a comfortable fishing platform, a place for active recreation, or an oasis of tranquility. Available until 30.11.2025 and from April 2026 in a floating option, weather permitting, ideal for a unique stay and a cruise on the Oder River. From December to March, rental is only possible in a stationary mode without the option of sailing. The unit is moored in the atmospheric Port Town of Uraz near Wrocław, right next to the Prężyce reservoir. It is possible to independently sail for a few hundred meters and anchor at one of the wild shores of the Prężyce reservoir. This, in turn, allows you to draw energy from the views and sounds provided by the surroundings and the wonderful ecosystem. Details: - Wireless internet access, - Online TV, - Free parking space, - Fire extinguisher, - Bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a dual-function stove and heating radiators in every room, - Underfloor heating, - Independent power source 220V, charged by solar panels, - Internal/external LED lighting with remote control, - Full access to water (to tanks) and electricity at the marina, - Full safety package – life jackets, - Lifebuoy and first aid kit, - Complete rigging with fenders and boat hook, - Fully equipped kitchen enabling autonomous cruises including refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, - Bedding and towels for guests, - Helm with a comfortable stool and rear camera monitoring the engine operation and waterway behind the unit, - Garmin sonar indicating fish and various parameters such as depth, bottom, speed, etc., - TV with Bluetooth and WiFi, - Clean water tanks 650L and waste tanks 400L, - Air conditioning in the living room, - Sleeping places for 7 people. Additional charges: Fuel – the rented unit is fully fueled, after returning the unit we will refill the fuel for you. We settle fuel costs according to current fuel prices. Cleaning - 229 PLN one-time fee. During the floating period, we collect a refundable deposit in the floating option - 2000 PLN. From December to March, no deposit is collected for rentals without the option of sailing.

House on the water is a Great kind of leisure, I recommend ,any person who is set for a short adventure, the house is very well equipped, the host very helpful, congratulations on the business 😉

May spent at WaterKing was fantastic :) Starting the delight with the Owners, with whom the contact was great and very specific. They were always helpful, caring, interested in whether we missed anything, and above all, you could see that they want guests to feel comfortable, relax and make the most of the floating cottage. The cottage - super comfortable and equipped in such a way that absolutely nothing was missing - on the contrary: air conditioning, underfloor heating, blankets and towels for everyone, binoculars, coffee maker, and above all the ice cube maker, which made a furore, are just some of the amenities. It's worth renting SUPs and swimming on the lagoon. And here we come to the surroundings - space, lots of greenery, scenic bike trails, constant and soothing chirping of birds and absolute silence at night - already totally make the stay fantastic. We could not complain about absolutely nothing, and we are demanding ;) therefore- WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And thank you ❤️
