Welcome to Wilcza Wyspa - a new, year-round house located in the quiet and picturesque village of Świerkocin near Olsztynek. The house was completed in 2026 and prepared with great attention to detail. We created it out of passion and heart, so that our guests can relax in comfortable conditions, surrounded by forests and lakes. It is the perfect place for a family vacation, a trip with friends, a romantic stay, or a peaceful retreat close to nature. HISTORY OF WILCZA WYSPA The name Wilcza Wyspa comes from the name of the German shepherd breeding run by my brother. It is a special memento for us and a way to preserve his memory in a place we created with heart. A comfortable house for up to 12 people. The house is designed for 10 people, with the possibility of accommodating a maximum of 12 people. Our guests can enjoy: 4 comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, including 3 with private bathrooms Each bedroom on the first floor has its own exit to a balcony equipped with lounge furniture. LAKES AND FORESTS Wilcza Wyspa is located in a quiet, green area, surrounded by forests and numerous lakes. The nearest lake is about 300 meters from the house. Other lakes are located about 450 and 600 meters from the house. There are numerous walking trails, forests, and beautiful lakes in the area. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace, nature, and relaxation. The house is open all year round. PRICES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS High season from June 1 to September 1. The price in the high season is 1300 PLN per night, and in the low season 1100 PLN. A deposit of 1000 PLN is required for booking, refundable within 3 days after the end of the stay. In the high season, a minimum of 7 nights is required. Best from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the season, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are an additional charge of 50 PLN per night. Holidays, long weekends, and other special dates - price determined individually. For longer stays and depending on the number of people, there is a possibility of price negotiation. We do not rent the house for bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar events.
