It is not unlikely that you will have the opportunity to relax in the coziest house in all of Zakopane. We wanted local heritage to combine in a historic villa with modern design, so we invited native Zakopane interior designers. Thanks to them, attention to detail and your needs meet here with a warm atmosphere, natural materials and casual elegance. It is luxurious, yet homely. The layout of our villa looks like this: 1) basement: spa (Jacuzzi and sauna), children's play area, kitchen with grill and large dining table 2) Ground floor: main kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace, 1st bedroom: double bed + sofa bed(single) 3) 1st floor: 2. bedroom: double bed + 2 separate beds (on the mezzanine), 3. bedroom: double bed, 4. bedroom- 2 x double bed 4) Attic: 5th bedroom: double bed + sofa bed(double) The layout of the rooms is prepared individually for all guests, nothing you just say and have! There are 2 kitchens in the house: the first on the first floor, classic, really decently equipped and cozy. The second, barbecue kitchen in the basement will allow you to have a culinary feast in a special atmosphere. Night brands can settle in there for evening possessions without worrying about waking up the rest of the house. Both kitchens are connected to the dining room, and each has a large table for 12 people. Spa area We have arranged a spa area in the basement and encourage you to enjoy it without limits. The water in the Jacuzzi will always be hot, and you can start the steam sauna with a few clicks on the easy-to-use panel. After a pleasant session, you can spread out on the deck chairs, indulge in candlelight chitchat or listen to your favorite music alone (you can connect to the speakers via Bluetooth). The building is surrounded by a fenced plot with a large terrace where you can barbecue with a view of the mountains while the little ones go wild on the playground. We can't say that we are in the middle of nowhere, because there are other houses nearby, however, the wooden fence is tight and you will certainly find peace and privacy here. We are very much liked by families with kids. We arranged the space so that in a special living room with an additional kitchen downstairs you can sit late and not disturb the toddlers' sleep. At that time they will already be sleeping soundly in the soft beds upstairs. During the daytime for this awaits them a crate full of toys, books, coloring books. An outdoor playground. Without a doubt, there is something to occupy children's paws. Now about what awaits you after leaving the villa. We are located in a quiet part of Zakopane, just above the Krzeptówki Estate. Tatra National Park and Droga pod Reglami are 1.5 km away. By taking the Osiedle Krzeptówki road precisely, and then the Mraźnica, you will reach the Bridge over the Stream. Just beyond it, beautiful glades, peaks, valleys and waterfalls await. For pleasant walks we recommend the Za Bramką Valley, the Mała Łąka Valley, Przysłop Miętusi. Slightly farther you have to Koscieliska Valley or Polana na Stołach.
