Our Villa is located on a plot of 3000m2. Located 15m from its own shoreline on which there is a beach and a pier and a wood-fired sauna. We rent the house with a usable area of 700m2 for up to 33 people. In the basement there is a 4-person room + 2 beds on the mezzanine with a bathroom, a children's playground, a cinema room, a swimming pool with a bar in the water (18×4.5m pool), a children's pool (3×3), a Finnish sauna, a billiard room, a pool party floor with sound equipment and lighting effects, a relaxing massage room, a toilet, a shower and an exit to a large terrace with a barbecue and lounge areas. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining room, a seating area, an exit to the terrace where there is a Jacuzzi overlooking the lake and a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, and 2 rooms for 3 people with bathrooms. On the second floor there are 7 rooms: one 3-person room with a mezzanine, two double rooms with a mezzanine (mezzanine - an additional place to sleep for a child or an adult) 3 3-person rooms, one double room (each with a bathroom). The house is designed in a modern style. On the territory there is a beach, a place for a bonfire, a playground for children, a volleyball and basketball court. A rowboat, a pedal boat (4-person), 2 kayaks and a cabin yacht are available to guests. The entire property is illuminated and there are 10 parking spaces. The house is ideal for getaways with family and friends, special events and team building events, which we can organize for you (catering, attractions, training venue). The house is also suitable for small, intimate weddings (up to 45 people), we have a special charming place for lakeside nuptials and we will help you organize this important event (decoration, music, bartender, catering, make-up, hairdresser and also if necessary to organize a humanist wedding, the possibility to organize a civil wedding in the open air). We also offer various types of massages (relaxation, sports, health, hot stones, kobido) in our small dedicated climatic room. This is also an ideal place for fishing enthusiasts. This is a typical pike and eel lake, where we also catch beautiful catfish, perch and tench. We will advise anyone interested in fishing and tell our secrets of the local lake. It is possible to rent a motor boat and an electric motor for the boat. The lake is not included in the silence zone. It is possible to order catering in which we will help you and individually from restaurants and pizzerias in Mragowo.
