Winiec Family Houses are 4 year-round heated cottages aimed especially at families with children and all those seeking peace, quiet, proximity to nature, valuing comfort and convenience. Location on a sunny clearing, in close proximity to the forest and a picturesque lake with beautiful islands, away from the typical tourist hustle and bustle, allows you to truly relax, enjoy the Masurian fresh air and the soft light of the setting sun. All cottages are heated and have a living room with fireplace with TV (Netflix) and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, induction hob, kettle, water filter, pots , plates, etc.) and washing machine . Included in the price is access to sports activities - in the summer (bicycles, kayaks, trampoline, garden pool for children, playgrounds, Nordic walking, playroom - possible heating of the room is extra paid ) - in winter (cross-country skiing for adults and children, sledding, and other winter accessories for children) and a private barbecue and fireplace with a grill, as well as private hammocks and deck chairs A swimming pool with heated water, counter-current and weather cover is available to guests of our 4 cottages (#8,10,13,15). The pool is charged extra on a person/day basis according to the facility's price list. In the period 15.06 - 15.09 the fee for the pool is 10 PLN/person/day and includes the possibility of opening the pool cover. In the periods 20.04 - 14.06 and 16.09-20.10 the pool is also an additional fee of 20 PLN / person / day and is possible to use only with the cover closed, opening the cover during this period will incur an additional fee for each hour of opening the cover according to the price list on the facility website. The pool is closed for use from 21.10-19.04. The service includes access to the pool for up to 2 hours on a given day. It is necessary to read the rules and instructions at the pool Current Price List of Balia and Sauna Electric log service with jacuzzi and lighting includes 2 hours of access on a given day per person. Period Spring-Summer-Autumn (1.04-20.11) at 20 zł/person/2h or Period Winter (21.11-31.03) - 30 zł/person/2h. Balia is located on the plot next to the cottage No. 8-10. The service of using the electric balia is available to guests of all our cottages, for this reason advance reservation is required. The bale is heated automatically (no need to burn in the stove) The minimum number of people to be heated to use the bale is min 2 people and the maximum number of people staying at the same time in the bale is max 6 people. The cost of the sauna is 180 zł/house, the service includes 2-hour exclusive access to the sauna on a given day and access to a basket of wood for self-smoking in the stove. Those who smoke in the stove take responsibility for the preparation of the sauna during the firing up and subsequent smoking according to the instructions at the device and the rules of use. The purchased service is available for the particular house that made the sauna reservation. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the sauna at the same time. Access is possible from 14:00 -22:00 We do NOT use the equipment without prior permission of the owner. The service does not include towels for the sauna and logs. Use of the logs and sauna without heating it also incurs a fee. In case of very cold weather, the electric balia may not be available for use. The service of a private wooden log with jacuzzi and lighting at cottage 15 or a private composite log with lighting at cottage 13 is a cost of -600 PLN. This price is for private two-day access (2 days in a row observing the rules of silence at night), includes filling the logs with water and preparing the wood for kindling. Then the customer himself fires and adds wood every 30 minutes to achieve a temperature of 37-40 degrees in the log (about 3-5 h) There is a firing instruction by the log. It is also possible to have 1 day access at a price of 440 PLN. If interested, please contact us in advance for availability and preparation. Maximum in the log can be max 6 people at a time. Using the logs without heating them will also incur a fee. The service does not include additional towels In case of frosts the log may not be available for use. The offer is a non-refundable offer. There is a deposit of 500 to 1000 PLN which is fully refundable as a result of no damage. In the case of a 50% prepayment , the next 50% is paid 7 days before arrival to the owner's account.
