Winiec Family Houses offers 4 year-round heated holiday cottages aimed particularly at families with children and anyone seeking peace, quiet, and closeness to nature, valuing comfort and convenience. Located in a sunny clearing, in direct proximity to the forest and a picturesque lake with beautiful islands, far from typical tourist hustle and bustle, it allows for true relaxation, enjoying the fresh air of Masuria and the soft light of the setting sun. All cottages are heated and feature a living room with a fireplace and TV (HBO Max, Prime) as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, induction hob, kettle, pots, plates, etc.) and a washing machine. The price includes access to sports attractions - in summer (bicycles, kayaks, trampoline, garden pool for children, playgrounds, nordic walking, playroom - possible heating of the playroom is an additional charge) - in winter (cross-country skiing for adults and children, sleds, and other winter accessories for children) as well as a private grill and fire pit with a grate and private hammocks and sun loungers. >> For stays of at least 7 nights, DAILY POOL access is included<< The heated water pool, with counter-current and a cover for bad weather, is available for guests of our 4 cottages (numbers 8, 10, 13, 15). The pool is additionally charged per person/day according to the facility's price list. The pool is out of use from 21.10 to 19.04. The service includes access to the pool for up to 2 hours on a given day. Current Price List for the Hot Tub and Sauna: 1) The electric hot tub service with jacuzzi and lighting includes 2 hours of access on a given day per person. Spring-Summer-Autumn period (1.04-20.11) is priced at 20 PLN/person/2h or Winter period (21.11-31.03) - 30 PLN/person/2h. The hot tub is located on the property next to cottage number 8-10. The electric hot tub service is available for guests of all our cottages, therefore prior reservation is required. The hot tub is heated automatically (does not require burning in the stove). The minimum number of people for the hot tub to be heated for use is 2 people, and the maximum number of people simultaneously in the hot tub is 6. 2) The cost of the sauna is 180 PLN/cottage, the service includes 2 hours of exclusive access on a given day to the sauna and access to a basket of wood for self-burning in the stove. Those burning in the stove are responsible for preparing the sauna during lighting and subsequent burning according to the instructions at the device and the usage regulations. The purchased service is available for the specific cottage that made the sauna reservation. A maximum of 6 people can be in the sauna at the same time. 3) The service of a private wooden hot tub with jacuzzi and lighting next to cottage number 15 or a private composite hot tub with lighting next to cottage number 13 (hot tubs heated with wood) costs 600 PLN for a two-day access (2 consecutive days). A one-day access is also possible at a price of 440 PLN. If interested, please contact us in advance to arrange availability and preparation. A maximum of 6 people can be in the hot tub at the same time. Using the hot tub without heating also incurs a fee. The service does not include additional towels. In case of frost, the hot tub may be unavailable for use. The offer is non-refundable. A deposit of 500 to 1500 PLN is required, which is fully refundable in the absence of damage. The local fee is 3 PLN per person per night. Nighttime quiet and peace policy: The property is focused on peaceful relaxation or activities other than entertainment. Organizing a party may result in contractual penalties or immediate termination of the agreement.
