Located in the picturesque village of Trzcianka in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains, the most enchanted and oldest in Europe. Here, along the trail of legends and witches, one can climb Łysa Góra and feel the atmosphere of a sabbat and magic. We present to you five comfortable year-round houses with an outdoor heated pool (open from May to the first frosts). Guests have access to a sauna, hot tub, bicycles, and a sports field. We have the infrastructure that allows for corporate stays - training, meetings, presentations. A conference room with full equipment, catering, and team-building activities. 1. Your Deer - 90 m2, accommodates 8 people On the ground floor of the house, there is a hall, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, fireplace, large table with chairs, a small library, and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, coffee) and a toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom is designed for two people. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have sofa beds. Dedicated barbecue gazebo and a bonfire area. 2. Bird in Corals - 55 m2, accommodates 7 people This is a unique house on a specially constructed elevation. The forest is within reach. We can admire it while sitting by the fireplace in the living room, sipping coffee on the terrace, or lying in bed with a book in the upstairs bedroom. On the ground floor, there is an open space with a comfortable sofa bed, a high table with bar stools, a kitchenette (large fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, coffee), a small library, a fireplace, and access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, in the smaller one there is a double bed, and in the larger one, there are two single beds and one double bed. The house is air-conditioned. Dedicated barbecue gazebo and a bonfire area. 3. Wild Boar in a Vest - 55 m2, accommodates up to 8 people The house features a high ceiling and a mezzanine. Downstairs, there is an open space with a sofa bed for two, a table with chairs, and a kitchenette (large fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, coffee). There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the mezzanine has two single beds and a sofa bed. The mezzanine is also equipped with a retractable screen, projector, and sound system - your private cinema for long evenings. Dedicated barbecue gazebo and a bonfire area. The house is air-conditioned. 4. Cow in a Ramones - 55 m2, accommodates up to 7 people The highest house with a large terrace overlooking the surroundings. Downstairs, there is an open space with a sofa bed for two, a table with chairs, and a kitchenette (large fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, coffee, tea). There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the mezzanine has two single beds and a sofa bed. Goat in Ballet Shoes - 80 m2, is a unique year-round house that serves a residential function but is also designed as a place for organizing family gatherings, conferences, and business meetings, integration, and training workshops. The house is in an open space format, where we sleep on comfortable sofa beds. Fully equipped with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. A large table, a projector with access to internet TV and the most popular applications, air conditioning, underfloor heating, two outdoor terraces, a large gazebo with a hot tub, a beautiful place for a bonfire and barbecue. As an integral part of the entire complex, there is an outdoor pool (open from May to the first frosts), saunas, parking, and all necessary infrastructure.
