We met by chance, but we don't really believe in coincidences ourselves. Everything happens for something... The land on which we built our houses is the land of my Grandparents. It's the houses, under the foundations of which I used to pick potatoes, in races with my brothers. This is the place where grain grew hen, all the way to the horizon. Where we used to run with torches chasing skylights in the summer. Everything seemed so huge, unmatched, where the work was plentiful, the potatoes to be harvested never ran out, and the stubble gently hurt the feet. This is the land that bore crops, that fed our family, where the pear tree grew, providing shade and delicious fruit in summer. She still grows there, although it is hard to find her, I know that among so many trees she is still writing her story. I have so many memories associated with this place. So many beautiful memories... The years spent in the countryside resulted in a love for the land, the forest, peace and quiet... Thanks to these experiences, together with Matthew-my husband, we created a place that will soothe you to sleep, that will allow you to breathe fully, without rushing and dream beautiful childhood dreams.
