A deposit of 500 PLN is required and is dependent on the number of people in the house. If you want to organize a party with us, please inform us about it before making a reservation. The cleaning fee depends on the number of people - 250 PLN for up to 6 people, 500 PLN for more than 6 people. Although we offer you a luxurious "city retreat", do not forget that Zośka is a true village! Sometimes, instead of notifications from your phone, you will hear the distant rumble of a tractor - that’s our local "village ambient" that reminds you that life here has its own rhythm. The views you can admire from our over half-hectare plot are a living picture that nature paints anew every season. From lush spring greens, through golden fields of grain in summer, to the raw, soothing calm of winter - each season serves completely different visual experiences here. 🌲 Neighbors from the forest and... the hunters' hut This is an oasis created for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, value privacy on a vast plot of over half a hectare (5500 m²), and seek a base for discovering the charms of the borderland of Greater Poland and Kuyavia. The surroundings of the house are stunning and conducive to long walks... However, if you feel the call of adventure, we have a little tip for you: very close to the house is the hunters' hut, and if you happen to meet them and show the right charm, who knows... maybe you'll manage to catch a wild boar for an evening bonfire? 🏠 Our house has about 160 m² of living space, designed with the freedom and comfort of guests in mind. 👥 Accommodation capacity We can accommodate 6 people as standard, but thanks to a fold-out sofa and a special "bed" in the multimedia area, the house can accommodate up to 10 people. 🛌 Bedrooms Three cozy rooms, including a spacious Master Bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). 🚿 Bathrooms Two modern bathrooms with large showers and heated floors. 🔥 Climate and warmth Three modern heat pumps (with cooling function in summer) take care of the ideal temperature, and in the living room, you can warm up by the traditional "stove". 🌊 A lake like no other Just a few steps through a strip of trees separates you from the surface of a unique post-mining lake. It is one of the cleanest bodies of water in the region, with an incredible depth of up to 70 meters. A 5-minute walk from the house, the mine has prepared a flattened, safe descent to the water, making the shore perfect for swimming, although it is not sandy yet. 🎮 Private entertainment area Zofia 23 is the perfect place for movie or console nights. In the dedicated multimedia space, you will find: • A projector with an additional HDMI cable - connect your own laptop or use our multimedia. • PlayStation 5 console (digital version) • A library of board games • A large Sony speaker - wireless and portable, so music can accompany you wherever you relax. 👶 For children • A children's corner with a large chalkboard, toys, and a playpen with a ball pit. 🍹 A terrace made for feasting The heart of social life is a huge, covered terrace with an impressive width of 7 meters. The terrace is covered with roll-up tarpaulins, so no weather is a problem here. We have equipped it with a large, sturdy wooden table with benches, perfect for shared breakfasts outdoors, as well as an "egg" chair. You will find both a hot tub and a professional gas grill here. 🧖♂️ 6-person hot tub with hydromassage (Additional +400 PLN one-time for the entire stay) On the terrace, you will find a hot tub heated by a wood stove. It has: • Hydromassage • Air bubble • LED lighting ☕ Kitchen and local flavors A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven) will allow you to prepare any meal. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso Vertuo machine waiting. 🎁 We provide you with an equipped kitchen and a refrigerator, which always has something nice waiting for you. All drinks, aromatic coffee, and treats that you will find on-site in the house are hidden there for you. You can freely and without any limits use them during your stay. 🥩 Grill We offer you a gas grill with 3 burners, which can easily feed all guests. 📍 Location and surroundings Although the house stands "in the middle of nowhere", the town of Sompolno is within reach. It is worth visiting the nearby Ślesin (marina), Licheń, the Salt Mine in Kłodawa, or the Termy Uniejów. A quick trip to the nearby bathing area or the Marina in Ślesin will welcome you with many attractions and opportunities to spend time in and by the water, including an inflatable city on the water. ⚠️ Important information The house has an alarm system (we turn it off remotely upon your arrival), and you will pick up the keys from a lockbox. Cleaning We want every guest to enjoy impeccable cleanliness in our premises. Therefore, we add a one-time service fee for final cleaning of 250 PLN or 500 PLN (for more than 6 people) to the reservation costs, which allows us to fully take care of your comfort and hygiene. 🚭 There is a total ban on smoking in the house and a ban on bringing pets. 🪵 Wood Wood is available for your use, prepared for the fireplace as well as the hot tub. It should not run out. Knowledge base After booking, you will receive access to a guide where you will find all instructions, rules, and curiosities. The house has just been registered as agritourism, and 2026 will be full of changes. The area around the house is waiting to be developed, and work on the garden project has already begun. We are still bringing various decorations, paintings, and technological innovations to make using the house even better.
