Although we offer you a luxurious "city retreat," don't forget that Zośka 23 is a true countryside retreat! Sometimes, instead of notifications from your phone, you will hear the distant hum of a tractor—this is our local "countryside ambiance," reminding you that life here follows its own rhythm. The views you can admire from our half-hectare plot are a living picture that nature paints anew each season. From the lush green of spring, through the golden fields of grain in summer, to the raw, soothing calm of winter – each season offers a completely different visual experience here. Neighbors from the forest and... a hunter's cabin This is a refuge created for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, value privacy on a huge, over half-hectare plot (5500 m²) and are looking for a base from which to explore the charms of the borderland between Greater Poland and Kujawy. The surroundings of the cottage are delightful and perfect for long walks. However, if you feel the call of adventure, we have a little tip for you: there is a hunters' cabin very close to the cottage, and if you happen to come across them and show the right charm, who knows... maybe you will be able to bag a wild boar for the evening bonfire? Our house has approximately 160 m² of living space, designed with the freedom and comfort of our guests in mind. Accommodation: We can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but thanks to a sofa bed and a special "bed" in the multimedia area, the cottage can accommodate up to 10 people. Bedrooms: Three cozy rooms, including a spacious master bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with large showers and heated floors. Climate and heating: Three modern heat pumps (with a cooling function in summer) ensure the ideal temperature, and in the living room you can warm yourself by a traditional stove. A lake like no other Just a few steps through a strip of trees separate you from the surface of a unique post-mining lake. It is one of the cleanest bodies of water in the region, with an incredible depth of 70 meters. A 5-minute walk from the cottage, the mine has prepared a flat, safe descent into the water, making the shore ideal for swimming, although it is not yet sandy. The private entertainment area Zofia 23 is the perfect place for evenings with a movie or console. In the dedicated multimedia space, you will find: • A projector with an additional HDMI cable - connect your own laptop or use our multimedia. • PlayStation 5 console (digital version) • Large Sony speaker - wireless and mobile, so that music can accompany you wherever you are relaxing. • Children's corner with a chalkboard, toys, and a library of board games A terrace designed for feasting The heart of social life is a huge, covered terrace with an impressive width of 7 meters. We have equipped it with a large, solid wooden table with benches, ideal for shared breakfasts in the open air, and a comfortable "egg" armchair. From March, a 6-person hot tub with hydromassage will also be available. Kitchen and local flavors A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven) will allow you to prepare any meal. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (a supply of capsules is included in the price). We have also prepared a bar with locally produced wines - you can buy them, just let us know. Location and surroundings Although the house is located "in the middle of nowhere," the town of Sompolno is within easy reach. It is worth visiting nearby Ślesin (marina), Licheń, the Salt Mine in Kłodawa, and the Uniejów Thermal Baths. Important information: Security: The house has an alarm system (we turn it off remotely upon your arrival), and you will receive the keys from a safe deposit box. Rules: The cottage is completely non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Wood: Use of the stove is charged on a container system (wood boxes available with a code). One container is included in the price of the reservation. The cottage has just been registered as an agritourism facility, and 2026 will be a year full of changes. In March, we will receive a tub, which will be placed on the terrace, and work on the garden design has already begun. We are still bringing in various decorations, paintings, and technological innovations to make the cottage even better.
