The cottage has been divided into two completely independent apartments with separate entrances (the second apartment is used seasonally by the hosts). Only the garden, meadows, forests around, and the barbecue area are shared :) The apartment with a fireplace is two-level - on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, where there are openwork stairs (important for guests with children), there are two bedrooms and an open recreational lounge with a TV, a comfortable sofa, and a large round table - perfect for board games. The entire space has been arranged to maximize the use of original elements of the old cottage, furnishings, and furniture from different years, combined with current trends to give them new life. There are no luxuries and antiques here, but there is authenticity and atmosphere... - an old Steinberg piano with a few stuck keys (it plays quite nicely), - a fireplace, self-finished with stone and a mosaic made of hand-broken tile scraps (you sit by it in an old massive armchair and lose yourself staring at the fire), - charred boards marked by woodworm traces and original beams stuffed with straw. This is the atmosphere of the ground floor, which was created in a place where there used to be a stable. The upper level with the bedrooms is accessed by white stairs in a modern style. From the bedroom windows, you can admire the sunrise, views of the Dunajec River, and the starry sky. There is also a mini mezzanine by the window - as a reading room or a meditation corner.
