She - an English teacher originally from Malopolska. He - a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, a native of Gdansk. For four years we have been living together in the beautiful Zulawy region, more precisely in the village of Izbiska, located just 40 km from Gdansk. And although we have a wonderful time in our village, this is a very intensive and demanding time for us, because we are trying to renovate a wooden house with a post-and-beam structure, designed and built by Krzysiek's family. The house is non-trivial, as it is called "round", but in fact it is twelve-sided, with a tower at its central point. It should also be mentioned that due to its location on the bank of the Szkarpawa River, our house is actually a stand and in the future there will certainly be a pier, so that you can not only reach us, but also swim to us. Living in the countryside, so close to nature, has become our passion and inspiration. It is here that our vegetable garden was created, thanks to which we began to create homemade preserves and press oils from organic seeds. Folk art became so close to us that we decided to conduct workshops for creating folk spiders, and dried flowers from the garden allowed us to create an offer of garland weaving workshops. Who knows what else awaits around the corner? Such a large and demanding project as our house will take us a good few more years, so in our garden, right on the river bank, stood a fairy-tale wooden house on wheels, to which we warmly invite you. We want it to be a place of deep relaxation and tranquility, with the opportunity to watch the stars straight from the hot water tub and get a taste of life in a slow rhythm. We would also like to invite you to have breakfast together in our house - we don't eat meat ourselves, so we offer only vegetarian (or vegan) meals, composed of natural, local ingredients. We bake sourdough bread ourselves, and we get delicious eggs from happy hens and great cow cheeses from our neighbors. We cordially invite you to our world - full of awe at the beauty of nature!
