In what form I will get the rewards? Where will I find them?
Funds received through the Referral Program will appear in your AlohaCamp wallet as soon as your friend completes their first stay booked from your invitation. You can find the “Your Wallet” section in the menu.
What reward can I get?
For referring a new Guest, you will receive a discount code, the value of which depends on their first trip: €10 for a booking of at least €170 or PLN €20 for a booking over €260. If you refer a new Host, you will receive a discount code worth €40. Rewards are granted in the form of discount codes and you can use them within twelve months from the date of issue. You will find the exact expiry date of each discount in your Wallet.
When and in what form will I receive the reward for referring a friend?
The reward for referring a Guest will be added to your Wallet after their first stay is completed. Your friend has three months to complete it – this means the trip must end within three months of registering with your link.
When and in what form will I receive the reward for referring a host?
We manually review each property to verify that it meets the standards of our platform. The most important factor is, of course, the closeness to Nature, which connects all the spots available on AlohaCamp. In the case of referring a Host, the reward will appear in your Wallet after their property has been verified and published on the platform.
Till when can I use the referral funds?
Your friend has 3 months to use your invitation and discount. Only if they do, you will receive a reward from us. Your funds awarded for used invitations can be accumulated and used at any time within 12 months from the date of granting them. In your AlohaCamp wallet, you can see the expiration date of each awarded prize.
How does the referral link work?
Every AlohaCamp user has a unique referral link. Thanks to this link, we know who invited a new person to join our platform. To make sure the reward goes to you, please ensure that your friends create their account using your link.
