These regulations define the rules for issuing and using Vouchers that entitle their holder to cover or reduce the price for a reservation service using the alohacamp.com platform.
These regulations apply to all Vouchers issued by AlohaCamp S.A. based in Warsaw, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the content of the Voucher.
By reservation service, it is understood that the holder of the Voucher enters into an agreement with the host offering services through the alohacamp.com platform for the provision of tourist services, including accommodation. AlohaCamp reserves the right to exclude certain services offered through the AlohaCamp platform from being fully or partially paid for with a Voucher.
AlohaCamp issues two types of Vouchers:
for a specified monetary amount,
for a specified monetary or percentage discount.
In the case of Vouchers for a specified monetary or percentage discount, the discount will be calculated from the regular price, excluding periodic promotions or other price reductions.
In the event that the consumer expresses the will to enter into a distance purchase agreement for a Voucher, AlohaCamp will inform the consumer about the total amount of the Voucher and the type of services associated with it.
AlohaCamp will deliver the Voucher to the email address indicated by the Buyer.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason or incurring costs.
The period referred to in section 3 starts from the date of delivery of the Voucher.
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a written statement of withdrawal to AlohaCamp before the withdrawal period expires.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date AlohaCamp receives the written withdrawal statement.
AlohaCamp will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer explicitly agrees to a different method of refund.
The right to withdraw does not apply in the case of services performed by AlohaCamp.
A Voucher can be in electronic or paper form. The Voucher contains a code that must be entered on the alohacamp.com platform. The Voucher amount will be credited to the user's wallet on the platform, from which funds will be automatically deducted when making a reservation. Therefore, creating an account on the alohacamp.com platform is a prerequisite for using the Voucher.
Vouchers can only be used for reservation services through the alohacamp.com platform.
Vouchers for a specified monetary amount can be combined when making a single reservation. Vouchers for a specified monetary amount cannot be combined with Vouchers for a specified monetary or percentage discount. Vouchers for a specified monetary or percentage discount cannot be combined when making a single reservation.
If a person has more than one Voucher for a specified monetary amount and wants to use these Vouchers to reduce the price or cover it, they must provide the codes of all such Vouchers when making a reservation through the alohacamp.com platform. Failure to provide the Voucher code at the reservation stage means that the reservation price cannot be covered by another Voucher after it has been made.
If the value of the service exceeds the Voucher value, the Voucher holder has the right to use the Voucher as partial payment, paying the remaining amount by another payment method accepted by AlohaCamp. If the entire Voucher amount is not used for a reservation, the remaining amount will stay in the wallet and can be used for future reservations (until the Voucher expires).
Vouchers have a specified validity period. Unless otherwise stated on the Voucher or at the time of purchase, the Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or delivery. After this period, the Voucher cannot be redeemed, and the amount assigned to the Voucher expires. Due to the costs incurred by AlohaCamp during the Voucher validity period to ensure the readiness to redeem the Voucher, neither the Voucher holder nor any other person is entitled to a refund of the money paid for the Voucher if the Voucher is not redeemed within the validity period.
A Voucher can only be used once.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or material goods.
The right to file a complaint is granted to every buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the Voucher and/or performing the service. Complaints should be submitted by email to:[email protected] or in writing to: AlohaCamp S.A. 02-595 Warszawa, ul. PuΕawska 77 lok. U.5.
The complaint should include the name, surname, exact address, and phone number, email address, legible signature of the Buyer, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
Incomplete complaints or complaints submitted after the above-mentioned period will not be considered.
AlohaCamp will inform the complainant of the complaint result by email or in writing.
