Our two Cottages M and L hover between earth and sky among the trees, on the edge of the Solska Forest, in the desolate Lublin Roztocze. There is a 2 person relaxation area at an additional cost (please contact us for availability) for exclusive rental for 2 people with a Jacuzzi and infrared sauna and loungers in a separate heated building with glazing and a view of the forest - a session of 4 hours - 300 zł. We also have a 2os Cottage by the pond with a private outdoor hot tub (one on a hectare plot, surrounded by forest) - separate announcement. Drinking coffee on the terrace you can stroke the pine tree, sitting on the soft sofa in the living room admire the birds circling over the forest pond, follow the running hare, and if you are lucky you will see deer sneaking towards the forest. In the morning you will be awakened by hoopoes, you will hear the wind in the branches, before sunset you will hear the concerts of frogs, at night expect the hooting of owls, and you will have a starry sky above your heads. What's it like at our place? Cozy, peaceful, hilly and tree-lined, you can step on the moss with your bare feet, pick wild strawberries near the cottage, run along the forest path for a morning jog, set out on bicycle trails towards the Roztocze waterfalls, look at the moors, pick mushrooms and berries, and in winter check where the tracks on the snow lead. The 3room place was born out of a dream of a piece of our own world, where time passes more slowly and space is filled with nature. This is how we bought a hectare plot of land in eastern Poland, located on a small forest hill in the Puszcza Solska Landscape Park, on which there is a building of a wooden school that has been closed for a long time, we built two M and L Cottages here and renovated the 3room House, which we created based on our own architectural designs, thinking of a comfortable place, one in which we ourselves would be happy to live for a weekend or vacation. Our passion is to combine tradition with modernity - hence the attention to the finishing of all interiors, the use of local wood and stone, in the cottages large glazing, wood-burning fireplaces, underfloor heating, large covered terraces, furnishings consisting of new items, hotel white linen and towels. Cottage M is a two-bedroom, in the bedroom we can put a travel crib for a toddler, in the living room connected with the kitchen there is a fireplace, plus a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with an outdoor table. The cottage has underfloor heating, air conditioning, WiFi. Cottage L is a two-four-bedroom cottage with two bedrooms, to which a living room with a kitchen, a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with an outdoor table. The cottage has underfloor heating, air conditioning, WiFi. Since we are very out of the way, surrounded by forests, we have WiFi - fiber optic - in the Cottages and on the grounds for all those focused on workation. We do not live on site, we leave at your disposal the whole area partially covered with acacia and pine trees. We are bordered by a forest, a wild pond, and the nearest residential buildings are 300 meters from us behind the tree line. Roztocze is the sunniest region of Poland, there is as much iodine in the air here as in the Baltic Sea, we are away from cities, crowds, traffic jams and smog. You will find many places for a picnic, a shelter with a stone grill, a place for a bonfire, a swinging stork's nest, a badminton net, deck chairs and a hammock, as well as a locked room for bicycles.
