The kitchen is equipped with complete dishes and appliances: induction hob, electric oven, and refrigerator. The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds plus an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom on the corridor side. The apartment has been completely renovated: windows with triple glazing, insulated roof, new fireproof mattresses with memory foam, completely redone bathroom. Heating and cooling, as needed, have been provided by fan coil units and heat pumps powered by a photovoltaic system to ensure energy self-sufficiency while reducing environmental impact. Guests have access to a swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs, a fitness and yoga room, laundry, wood-fired oven, pergola with tables and barbecue for outdoor lunches, outdoor children's games, ping pong, five-a-side football, and woods for walks. Included in the price is a complete breakfast kit for self-service in the apartment: upon request, homemade breakfast service is available in the common room of the agriturismo.
