The Space An apartment of over 80 square meters spread over two levels: on the ground floor, an open-concept space with a relaxation area featuring a comfortable two-person sofa bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances: an induction cooktop, electric oven, and refrigerator. The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom off the hallway. The apartment has been completely renovated: triple-pane windows, insulated roof, new fire-resistant memory foam mattresses, and a fully renovated bathroom. Heating and cooling, as needed, are provided by fan coils and heat pumps powered by a photovoltaic system to ensure energy self-sufficiency and reduce environmental impact. Guest Access Guests have access to the pool with lounge chairs and sunbeds, a fitness and yoga room, a laundry room, a wood-fired oven, a pergola with tables and a barbecue for outdoor dining, outdoor children’s play equipment, table tennis, table soccer, and woods for walks. Included in the price is a complete kit of ingredients for a self-serve breakfast in the apartment; upon request, a homemade breakfast service is available in the farmhouse’s common room.
