The entrance opens onto the living room, which features a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances: an induction cooktop, electric oven, and refrigerator. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a large window overlooking the garden. The apartment has been completely renovated: triple-pane windows, insulated roof, new fire-resistant memory foam mattresses, and a fully renovated bathroom. Heating and cooling, as needed, are provided by fan coils and heat pumps powered by a photovoltaic system to ensure energy self-sufficiency and reduce environmental impact. Guests have access to a swimming pool with lounge chairs and sunbeds, a fitness and yoga room, a laundry room, a wood-fired oven, a pergola with tables and a barbecue for outdoor dining, outdoor children’s play equipment, table tennis, table soccer, and woods for walks. Included in the price is a complete kit of ingredients for a self-serve breakfast in the apartment; upon request, a homemade breakfast service is available in the farmhouse’s common room.
