Podere La Pace is a young farm that offers accommodations in the historic houses where farmers once lived. It is surrounded by 10 hectares of land planted with grains, olive trees, and pomegranate trees. The sea and the famous beaches of the Etruscan Coast are just 1.2 km away. Podere La Pace Farmstay features 2 apartments characterized by large rooms and spacious interiors: The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, a 4-burner gas stove, and a refrigerator with freezer and oven. The living area features a sofa. The bedrooms are furnished with both wardrobes and dressers. The apartments were renovated in July 2024, preserving traces of the past such as exposed beams and brickwork, vaults, and arches. The furnishings are original and varied; where possible, period furniture has been used. Outside, you’ll find spacious gardens with tables, chairs, a barbecue, and lounge chairs for your relaxation. You can stroll through the fields and visit the lake located 500 meters away. You can rent e-bikes directly to go on excursions along the many bike paths or head straight to the beach. The area offers a wealth of activities, both sports and leisure. Water sports (windsurfing) as well as land-based sports (bowling, padel, tennis). There are many restaurants to choose from where you can enjoy typical Tuscan dishes and wineries where you can taste Tuscan wines. Bolgheri is just 20 km away. Museums and charming hilltop villages in the inland countryside are perfect for a short trip, or the famous art cities of Tuscany, all less than an hour’s drive away: Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, Livorno, San Gimignano, and Siena.
