Surrounded by olive groves, rolling hills and spectacular sunsets, this cosy studio is perfect for couples seeking privacy, nature and authentic Tuscany. Away from the crowds yet close to Tuscany’s most iconic medieval towns, vineyards and cultural landmarks, it’s an ideal base for exploring—or simply relaxing by the pool. Tucked away at the back of the farmhouse, this ground-floor studio enjoys two private garden terraces where you can relax in complete peace. Inside, traditional Tuscan character blends with modern comfort. Original stone details, exposed wooden beams and warm parquet floors create a welcoming atmosphere that feels both rustic and elegant. Guests are welcome to wander through the olive groves and gardens, where seasonal flowers and fresh herbs are available to pick for cooking. As a guest at Agriturismo Timignano, you are invited to enjoy a complimentary olive oil tasting, where you'll discover how extra virgin olive oil is produced on our farm, learn how to recognise a high-quality oil, and taste the flavours that make Tuscan olive oil famous. It’s a relaxed and informal experience that many guests say becomes one of the highlights of their stay. The panoramic swimming pool, just 20 metres from the farmhouse, is shared with only the two other apartments. Overlooking the valley, it is designed as a peaceful place to swim, read and relax while enjoying the surrounding landscape. This is a place where guests can hear birdsong, enjoy uninterrupted sunsets and relax in silence, so not suitable for pool games, inflatables and loud music. Agriturismo Timignano enjoys a wonderfully peaceful countryside setting while remaining conveniently located for exploring Tuscany. Within approximately 40 minutes you can reach many of the region's most celebrated destinations, including San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, and the beautiful countryside of the Val d'Elsa. A few practical notes: • The final 1.5 km to the farmhouse is an unpaved country road, suitable for all vehicles when driven slowly. • Swimming towels are not provided. • The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away in Casole d'Elsa, so we recommend shopping before arrival. • A popular, good value local restaurant is just 5 minutes away.
