Spínola Beachfront Bungalows is an accommodation inspired by the traditional summer retreat that the Spanish high society and aristocracy used to enjoy in the so-called "Beach Hotels" of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, following the trend of European spa towns. From this starting point, Spínola Beachfront Bungalows conceives a series of modern architecture apartments on La Jara beach in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in a quiet and private urbanization favored as a vacation destination by notable families from the region and even by ateliers of renowned artists such as the Sevillian painter Carmen Laffón. Spinola Beachfront Bungalows is, in short, a human-scale accommodation that bets on personalized treatment with guests, featuring contemporary, minimalist, and practical architectural design that focuses on a landscape with history. Spinola Beachfront Bungalows offers our guests two bungalows and two apartments, colloquially referred to as "la Palmera" and "la Magnolia." Each apartment has a unique location and layout that promotes its own ways of living, experiencing, and contemplating our surroundings. At the same time, they are part of the same residential complex built with the same principles of contemporary, simple, and elegant architectural design. La Magnolia is situated, in relation to the complex, in a central and prominent position that guarantees wide and total views of the surroundings and landscape, panoramic views. Developed over two floors, in a duplex style, this apartment stands out for the openness of the main floor, with a living-dining room that integrates the kitchen in an American style, where the entire daytime area expands towards the exterior garden through covered porches adorned with bougainvilleas and refreshing shade vines.
