The entire plot and its facilities are for the exclusive use of guests. Your personal retreat The room is 9 m², has air conditioning, and two comfortable beds of 1.05 m. There is the possibility of adding an extra bed. The private porch of 12 m² is covered and offers a pleasant space to enjoy morning coffee or summer nights. Upon arrival, complimentary bottled water is provided. Outdoor and privacy Guests have access to a private plot of approximately 900 m², with a pool for exclusive use, ideal for enjoying a swim and relaxing in complete privacy. The outdoor area also features a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors. Additionally, there is a complete outdoor toilet and an extra shower in the grass area. The plot is fully fenced to provide greater privacy and security. The entrance road to the property is shared. To ensure the well-being of the property's animals and the proper maintenance of the facilities, the owner may occasionally access the plot to carry out necessary tasks. Important information Pets are welcome. To ensure a peaceful and restful environment, external visitors and parties are not allowed.
