We invite you to the Brzegi Lasu Apartments, which were built in 2025 in the picturesque village of Lipnica, located between Lake Kosewskie and Lake Powidzkie, within the Powidz Landscape Park and the Natura 2000 area. Our location is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by natural beauty, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. An unpaved road (approx. 600 m) leads to the apartments, and the facility itself is located in the center of a charming village, right on the edge of the forest. Lake Powidzkie can be reached via a forest path (approx. 1 km), and Lake Kosewskie can be reached via a picturesque road among fields and summer houses (approx. 650 m). We created our apartments out of a passion for tourism and hospitality. They are located in a multi-family building on a fenced area of 400 m². Our guests can enjoy a gazebo, a bonfire area, deck chairs, parking, and a tub with a stove for hot baths. The price of your stay also includes water recreation equipment – two SUPs for swimming, life jackets, and a pedal boat. When you book a stay with us, you rent the entire property for your exclusive use: both apartments, the garden, and the tub! Wooden Apartment: Area: 52 m² Facilities: spacious bathroom, kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine and full cooking equipment, sofa bed in the living room, two bedrooms with double beds. Maximum number of guests: 6 people. Two-level apartment: Area: 75 m² Facilities: spacious living room (40 m²) with a sofa bed, kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine and full cooking equipment, large bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and toilet upstairs.
