The studio house is surrounded by paddocks in a large garden. With its seminar/studio room, it is ideal for artists, large families and working groups. The quiet location in the Aukrug Nature Park offers many opportunities to relax in nature. The house has two entrances and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The two living areas are connected by a large, bright studio room with a wood-burning stove. Workstations, chairs and a projector can be set up here. Additional furnishings for creative work or seminars can be borrowed from WERKGUT. The accommodation The seminar house is equipped with 4 guest rooms, one of which is on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, one of which is barrier-free, and a guest toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are only accessible via stairs. A suite with double bed and interior bathroom on the upper floor can be booked by arrangement. The studio and seminar room is accessible without barriers. There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available on the property, with a ramp leading to the barrier-free entrance of the house. You are also welcome to park in the main WERKGUT courtyard opposite. The house has its own garden with fruit trees and is surrounded by a high beech hedge, as well as a terrace with a view of the adjacent paddock.
