Welcome to Swanen Hus, a large, cozy vacation home on the island of Nordstrand that combines comfort and nature in a unique way. This lovingly renovated 160 m² house offers space for up to 6 people and impresses with its Nordic-Frisian furnishings in light, cozy tones. Here you will experience peace and space with a wide view over fields to the dyke and are only about 1500 meters from the sea. The Swanen Hus was once Nordstrand's smithy and is now one of the oldest and most beautiful houses on the island. It is centrally located in the village center, right next to the bakery, island department store and municipal administration - ideal for uncomplicated shopping. The spacious, fully fenced private garden with two terraces invites you to relax and have a barbecue together. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a large shower and a spacious eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining table for six people. Upstairs you will find two cozy living rooms with a wood-burning stove, another bathroom and a work area with WiFi - perfect for staying productive on vacation. For families, the house offers a children's room with two single beds as well as numerous amenities such as a crib, high chair and children's crockery. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Facilities also include a washing machine, satellite TV, radio with iPod connection, Wi-Fi, a parking space for two cars with charging station for electric vehicles and a key box for flexible check-in. Nordstrand is an island on land, connected to the mainland by a causeway, and part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea Natural Heritage Site.
