Babia Ostoja is a place for all who love to combine nature with comfortable and atmospheric rest. A place created with the heart, where the city noise is replaced by the sound of trees and water. This is a place to relax and do nothing, ideal for a romantic getaway for two, meetings with friends, but also for an active weekend with children and four-legged friends. Babia Ostoja is a fully equipped, Scandinavian-style cottage. The first floor of the house is a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, vestibule and a 17-meter terrace with southern exposure. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning, a bonfire in the garden in the evening, with the sound of the forest and the creek in the background. In the living room there is an atmospheric goat, which will warm up the space during the cool evenings. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The bedroom located on the south side, with a large, comfortable bed (180x200cm), a swing and a huge window overlooking the forest and the stream. The room on the north side has two beds (140x200cm and 90x200cm). There is also a chest of drawers in each room. The relaxation zone is a Finnish sauna, which can successfully accommodate all guests of our cottage. The cottage is heated in winter with a goat, air conditioning or electric heaters. We have prepared for you free private parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the whole area monitored. The cottage is located on a fenced, shared with the twin cottage plot. The cottage is located on a quiet road to Zawoja-Wełcza. Thanks to this location, you can easily reach us also in winter. Zawoja is a great place to rest both for those who love activity and those who like to laze around. In addition to the obvious trip to Babia Góra, in the immediate vicinity you will find many equally charming and beautiful places: - Hala Barankowa is a picturesque clearing that is associated with traditional shepherding. From it you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Babia Góra massif, including its peak, Diablak. Hala Barankowa is a charming place that is attractive all year round. From May to September you can meet a flock of sheep on the Hala and taste traditional cheeses straight from the shepherd's hut. - The waterfall on Mosorny Potok is one of the highest and prettiest cascades in the entire Beskid Mountains. The water falls from a vertical, 8-meter-high threshold, splashing spectacularly against the rocks. A blue trail leads to the waterfall. You can take the path on foot from our cottage. - Mosorny Groń is an excellent place for active people and one of the most interesting places in Poland for cyclists who love technical paths in forested corners. In winter, it's a great place for skiers. You can also climb the observation tower and admire the Queen of the Beskids from there. - The stable under Babia Gora "Dyzma" is located about 1 kilometer from our cottage. Friendly horses, great instructors and professional obstacles make it a paradise for all riding enthusiasts. - Babia Góra Trials is a complex of mountain biking trails - singletracks, uphill and downhill routes. In addition to the bike paths, you will find a rope park. The complex is located 3.5km from our cottage.
