The upper floor houses two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony, and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room, and a large terrace with barbecue, from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sierras de La Contraviesa and Gádor and the Ugíjar Valley. The house has a standard capacity of 4 people, but can accommodate up to 5 people, adding an extra bed available for an additional cost. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, TV, DVD, WiFi and terrace furniture. Located in one of the small squares of the Balcón de Válor complex, the house offers ample outdoor space with gardens and benches.
