Through a porch made of native slate you access to this charming rural cottage, ideal for couples and located in the Balcón de Válor complex, in the heart of the region of La Alpujarra, within the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada. The houses of the complex simulate a small village with streets, squares and gardens, offering a quiet and picturesque environment. On the first floor, the house has a cozy living room with fireplace and a cozy kitchen with old brick furniture, wooden doors and hand-painted tiles in the tiling. An old brick wall houses the staircase leading to the original upstairs bedroom, equipped with a double bed. Inside the bedroom, there is a carefully decorated bathroom, equipped with a whirlpool bathtub and a washbasin made with a handmade ceramic basin on a wooden cabinet with marble countertop. From the bedroom, there is access to a small terrace with magnificent views of the village. The house is perfectly air-conditioned for both winter and summer, as it has underfloor heating and underfloor cooling, thus ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
