What do I have in common with Leonardo Di Caprio? We are both actors and have our corner of the world. The difference is that Leonardo has made himself comfortable on a private island in the Caribbean Sea, while I have found paradise in Kuchary Żydowskie, in Mazovia. Leo probably wouldn't even look at my more than 100-year-old cottage, but I like old things. That's why I meticulously renovated step by step, looking for old floors, refinishing, hanging hammocks wherever I could. It couldn't be more different, the walls are decorated with paintings by my dad - Tadeusz Kuduk, and when we are expecting children in every corner lie toys, books, puzzles, games, teddy bears, etc. This is, after all, a truly family home. I bought the habitat together with my friend Tomila, who is a photographer so the artistic profile of our place was inevitable. I took care of the house, she took care of La Obora. An artistic space for workshops, chilling and parties. In the summer, great events can be held here, or you can just lie in a hammock and snack on currants in three colors, apples, grapes and pears. Yes, you can lie down. Even the parents. Because the kids magically take care of themselves here. In the evening you just have to wash them properly, read two pages of stories and you can already jump on the terrace. And there the stars, compote of organic fruit from the orchard, the smell of the forest and the relaxing chirping of crickets:) HOUSE First floor: Here there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a large bed, a living room with a table and a sofa bed and a room with two single beds. Attic: This is an approximately 70 square meter space with a spacious toilet and a large window overlooking a clearing and forest. There is a double bed, a large double mattress and a non-folding sofa. Since there is enough space, for a larger group we add an additional two mattresses (one double and one single). We also have the possibility of adding baby cribs both in the loft and on the first floor. Depending on the number and demand of guests we adjust the house so that it is as comfortable as possible. At the house partly fenced area BARN APARTMENT It consists of a living room with kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms. Each of them has two single beds with the possibility of combining them into one large bed (180 cm wide). In the living room there is a large corner sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people (a total of 6 places to sleep). With a group of more than 6 people, we have as an extra one field bed and mattresses that land in the bedrooms. In the living room there is also a cast-iron goat/fireplace so lovers of live fire will have something for themselves:) The area next to the barn fully fenced. And now additional information: - to the river Wkra with a swimming area is only 2 minutes by car, - to the nearest store 5 minutes by car, - canoe rentals and canoeing on the river Wkra in the village, - if there are no consecutive guests check-in and check-out times to be determined. Additional fees (payable on site): - pLN 200 one-time cleaning, - 100 PLN/day for heating in the heating months - 100 PLN one-time fee for a pet. -100 PLN wheelbarrow of wood for a campfire
