A cosy, spacious and welcoming home where you can slow down, even if only for a little while. Who it’s for: The house comfortably accommodates 12 guests and is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for peace, greenery and time together. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Available to guests: - 3 bedrooms: • two sleeping 4 people each • one sleeping 3 people - 2 bathrooms with showers - Living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa and large table for games and conversation - Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, where you can easily prepare breakfast or dinner together - Upstairs relaxation area with a sofa bed for one additional guest - Access to a terrace with a large table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee accompanied by birdsong - Fire pit with a view of the setting sun - Covered shelter with a dining table right by the fire pit—ideal for gathering and sharing a meal - Pizza oven - Sun loungers, a hammock, games and badminton rackets - Freestanding wood-fired sauna - New hot tub with hydromassage and LED lighting—relax throughout your stay! Guests can enjoy a modern, year-round wood-fired hot tub with hydromassage and atmospheric LED lighting. An additional electric heater keeps the water at up to 40°C, ensuring comfort and pleasant warmth throughout your stay. Use of the hot tub costs PLN 350 for stays of up to 2 nights. For longer stays, the price is set individually, depending on the length of the booking. Surroundings Boguszynek is a village in the heart of Greater Poland. It’s a great place for walks, cycling, yoga on the grass and lazy afternoons with no plans. Important information: – fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels – dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement) – complete privacy - fenced property - there are several beehives on the property, about 70 metres from the house To ensure your safety and maintain the property’s high standards, a refundable deposit of PLN 600 is collected when the keys to the property are handed over. For a 2-night stay, the deposit will be returned; for longer stays, the full amount will be refunded within 3 days of the end of your stay to the bank account provided, provided the house is returned in undamaged condition. If any damage is found or additional cleaning is required, the relevant amount will be deducted from the deposit to cover repair or service costs. Exceeding the agreed number of guests may result in forfeiture of the deposit. By making a reservation, you accept the property’s rules of stay. We look forward to welcoming you!
