You have exclusive access to a year-round house with an area of over 120 square meters, featuring a varied interior: - a spacious heated living room with a fireplace overlooking the surrounding greenery of the garden, with a fold-out sofa and a table for family gatherings - a fully equipped kitchen - a chestnut en-suite bedroom: a double bed with direct access to a bathroom with a shower, a ladies' vanity by the window. We have also prepared a DVD player here along with a collection of family movies for our guests. - an oak bedroom: 2 fold-out double sofas, a chest with wooden toys for the youngest - 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and WC, the other in the sauna area with WC) - sauna area - sauna room with a fridge for cold drinks, unlimited access to the sauna with a shower, relaxation terrace - garden (over 1300 m2) with a gazebo, a bonfire area, and a playground - exclusive viewing terrace - an additional recreational space with a view of the Warta River - parking space The house also contains family games, board games, books on marriage, family, spirituality, and healthy living. The house is located in close proximity to Poznań (about 20 km), the Palace in Rogalin (15 km), the Arboretum and Castle in Kórnik (27 km), the Wielkopolski National Park (12 km), numerous lakes (e.g., Lake Kórnickie, Góreckie, Glinianki), nature reserves (e.g., Krajkowo; 5 km), museums (e.g., Arkady Fidler Museum in Puszczykowo; 11 km). The proximity of forests favors mushroom picking, the closeness of the Warta River fishing, and the all-encompassing nature allows for admiring unique sunrises and sunsets. In consideration of all our guests, we ask you to respect the house rules: We do not accept parties. We do not accept pets. We do not smoke tobacco or e-cigarettes. We do not wear shoes in the house.
