Description
Borda de Fadrín is a typical haystack of the Aragonese Pyrenees built in stone. We have recently renovated it to offer you the best environment to rest during your getaway. The borda is located within a landscaped area (3.000m2) where our house and swimming pool are also located. The village is secluded and therefore has no bars or stores. On the other hand, there are old houses, total calm, mountains and a wonderful sunset. Borda de Fadrín is a typical Pyrenean farm building several centuries old. In the last renovation we have kept all the original structure designing a loft type space that adapts to your comfort. It is a space distributed in kitchen-dining room-living room-bedroom and a complete bathroom. The loft has an attic with original beams and lots of light since the windows open to the garden and to the Belarra and Guara mountain ranges. The house is air-conditioned with underfloor heating and cooling by aerothermics. It has an attached porch for your private use where you can have breakfast, dinner.... . We live in the same property and we are happy to share the common areas (pool, garden and parking area). The area where we are located has options for everyone. In half an hour you can be skiing on the slopes, bathing in river pools, eating in good restaurants, visiting popular architecture, or going up to the ibones... All this and much more if you decide to cross to France or visit any other neighboring valley. The most important towns for any service are Sabiñánigo (5 minutes), followed by Jaca-Biescas (20 minutes) and Huesca (30 minutes). We like the house to be lived in and pleasant. Those who visit us can make use of the entire outdoor area. The outside area, pool and garden, is shared with the owners. In summer the swimming pool can be enjoyed since the sun of June allows it, until the cold of autumn leaves us. As we commented the calm that gives our people means not having stores to stock up without traveling by car. Since the pool is not fenced, children 1-14 years old cannot stay at the Borda.
