A restored Lemko cottage from 1927, located in a quiet, beautiful area, surrounded by forests, away from the main road. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge guest room with a kitchenette and a large dining table, there is also an area with sofas and TV (access to Netflix). A large garden surrounded by a blue fence will bring you to a land of peace and happiness. You can relax here, we guarantee it! You will find a Finnish hot tub for guest use at any time of the year, as well as a sauna and a hot tub for cooling down on hot days. In addition, we have a place prepared for a bonfire or barbecue. By prior arrangement, it is possible to order regional breakfasts. Everyone will find a corner for himself here. You are welcome!

We spent a whole 5 days at Bratkowa Chata from June 16-21, 2026, with family and friends. I must admit that the place exceeded our expectations. The house and rooms look even better in person, simply breathtaking. Atmospheric, clean, and well-maintained, crafted in every detail. There is silence and peace around. The house has an amazing cozy atmosphere, and the surrounding garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and fun. The sauna and hot tub are all under cover, where we could enjoy everything even during the rain. Although we didn't use the sauna, we did use the hot tub. A big plus was that we could use the hot tub at any time of the day, without any restrictions. A nice surprise was the cake and fresh flowers that awaited us on the first day - thank you very much. A well-equipped kitchen, quick and hassle-free contact with Ms. Agnieszka. The catering in the form of lunches delivered by Ms. Iwonka, as recommended by the owner of Bratkowa Chata, was spot on. Every day the delivered lunch was delicious. We also took advantage of the kindness of the neighbor above, who brought us fresh milk and fresh cream. This place is highly recommended, and for us, the stay was unforgettable; it was hard to leave. We are happy to return to such places, and WE will return.... Alina K.

It's hard to describe in words everything we liked about the Cottage. The place is magical ❤️ you can see the attention to every little detail. From the comfort of the guests to all the design elements of the cottage. Photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is there. Immediately, from the threshold you can feel at home. A homemade cake was waiting to greet us ❤️ contact with the owners perfect. Helpful at all times and responsive to all questions and needs. In the cottage itself the conditions are brilliant. Perfect cleanliness! It is very spacious. Each of the bedrooms has plenty of space. There is even a mini "room" for children's play in one of the rooms, which was called the dwarf room 🥹 The kitchen is equipped with everything. From coffee maker to toaster, even condiments and teas! Outside, a huge shed under which there is a sauna and hot and cold water tubs. Thanks to the canopy, even in the winter or during the rain, you can peacefully enjoy their charms. In addition, a hammock and a seating set for the summer. A playground for children with a house and a sandbox. A place for a bonfire with a hearth. A huge green area for games. In the middle of the house, a large solid wood table, seating at least 13 people (that's how many of us there were). You can see that this house is the heart of the owners and they put a lot of effort and commitment into taking care of it. Extremely nice people ❤️ place ideal for both groups of friends and for larger family outings. Regardless of the season. We were really delighted with our stay. I hope we will be able to return there! Thank you beautifully! I have rented cottages for many trips and absolutely none were so cozy, comfortable and perfect in every way. I will recommend this place to anyone ❤️

I used to stay at the Bratkova Cottage with my grandmother as a child, going to her for milk and, of course, for treats, as grandmothers do. As an adult, my husband and I decided to save the Cottage, which had been written off. My husband and I had different visions and sometimes it went to the knives, but we managed to reach a compromise and Brat Cottage serves people again, such was my dream, which we managed to fulfill :)
