Therefore, it is not recommended for sporty or low profile vehicles. Location and surroundings Located 15 minutes drive from the town of Coín, the rural house is completely fenced and offers comfortable parking for two vehicles. A well-kept garden surrounds the outdoor pool area, creating ideal spaces to relax and connect with nature. The large pool, accompanied by a nice covered porch at the entrance, invites you to enjoy moments of fun in the water or quiet moments of sunbathing, reading a book or sharing family time. In addition, the house has a second side porch equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for family gatherings or intimate moments. Inside these covered areas, you will find a practical outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing outdoor meals during your family gatherings. Cozy and functional interior Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious living room divided into a TV area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table near the kitchen. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. Distribution of the bedrooms The house has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, windows to the outside and space to store luggage. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is located in the common area, accessible from the other two bedrooms. Additional conditions This accommodation requires the prior payment of a security deposit, which will be returned within 48 hours after departure and after checking the condition of the accommodation.
