Perfectly positioned, our house offers easy road access to both the picturesque inland countryside and the vibrant coast of Malaga, both of which are only 20 minutes away (see driving distances from the property at the end of the ad). Accommodation subject to a deposit with obligation of prior payment and must be made before entry to the accommodation. After the check-out (at your departure) of the accommodation, the execution of return will be ordered after 48 hours. Designed with your privacy and comfort in mind, our cottage is the ideal place to relax and reconnect with your loved ones. Enjoy the exclusivity of spaces designed for enjoyment and relaxation, from sunbathing in the cozy inner courtyard to contemplate the landscape from the upper terrace or the porch, accessible from the three bedrooms. Although the access road is mostly asphalted, please note that it has some irregularities; however, vehicles such as cars, SUVs or caravans can travel without problems. Our house, distributed on two floors, offers a practical and cozy layout: the upper floor houses an open space that combines living room and kitchen-dining room, while the first floor is reserved for rest, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The outdoor area, with its large swimming pool and barbecue, promises to be the setting for unforgettable family moments. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in the inner courtyard, which will offer you a first glimpse of the peace and comfort that characterize our house. The fully equipped kitchen and the living room, with access to a covered terrace, guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, for the coldest days, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of our wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included in the price, please ask on site). Safety is a priority, which is why the bedrooms are accessible via a secure spiral staircase. Each room, with a queen size bed, offers access to the outdoor terrace and modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Adjustable air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay at any time of the year, and one of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom for privacy.
