Casa Villanueva: A Charming Refuge in the Heart of Andalusia Located in the picturesque village of Llanos de Don Juan, Rute, Cordoba, Casa Villanueva is the ideal destination for those seeking privacy and comfort in the heart of Andalusia. This charming retreat, surrounded by a 2 meter high wall, guarantees a quiet and safe stay. Its strategic location allows you to explore some of the most important towns in Andalusia in less than an hour, including Malaga, Antequera, Granada and Cordoba. A little further away, in an hour and a half, you can visit cities such as Seville and Ronda. Charming Accommodation: is tastefully decorated, combining discreet and functional furnishings that ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The main house has three bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. There are two double rooms with double beds of 1.50 m and 1.35 m, and one room with two beds of 0.90 m, with the possibility of adding two more beds. The house has three full bathrooms and an additional bathroom next to the pool with shower. It also has a playroom for children and a large living room with air conditioning, wood-burning fireplace and a surface of 25 m². The terrace and patio with private pool of 14 meters long, night lighting and access steps, along with the solarium equipped with two sunbeds, offer a perfect space for relaxation. The property has WiFi throughout the house, Smart TV with Netflix and HBO, satellite dish, barbecue, ping pong table, dart board with darts and children's games. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, American style refrigerator and blender. The property also includes a small wooden house, built entirely by us, with 60 m² distributed on two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with Smart TV and sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with double bed and a two-seater divan, with air conditioning on both floors. For added comfort, a 30 m² covered porch with barbecue, refrigerator, sink and wood oven completes the facilities, offering a perfect space to enjoy pleasant outdoor meals. Exploring the region: from Casa Villanueva, there are a multitude of recommended visits and activities less than an hour away. Lucena, just 6 km away, offers a rich history with emblematic buildings such as the Castillo del Moral and the Church of San Mateo, and the Vía Verde de la Subbética. Rute, famous for its mantecados and liqueurs, houses thematic museums of Jamón, Anís and Polvorón. La Garganta del Río la Hoz, about 20 km away, is an impressive natural site.
