Cerro de la Cruz: A Charming Cortijo with Spectacular Views Located in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas Natural Park, Cortijo Cerro de la Cruz is an idyllic retreat, surrounded by a majestic Mediterranean forest and centuries-old holm oaks. This charming accommodation offers unparalleled views of Pico Bermejo and La Tiñosa, the highest points of the province of Cordoba. We have restored an old farmhouse, maintaining its rustic and traditional essence, while incorporating all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, wifi throughout the property, and a 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven and microwave. Downstairs, you will find a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and a quadruple bedroom. The exterior of the house is equally impressive. The 9x8 meter swimming pool, with night lighting, is perfect for cooling off during the day and enjoying an evening swim. The barbecue area, with an outdoor bathroom and shower, and several recreational areas, including a country kitchen and DJ area, Colombian hammocks and eight sun loungers, are designed to enjoy the sun from April through October. We also have a 40x15 m soccer field. Just 25 meters away, an additional building offers a large living room with kitchen of 150 m² on the upper floor, ideal for celebrations or as a complement to the house. Equipped with smart TV, air conditioning, wine racks, gas stove, ovens, video projector and screen, ping-pong table, table soccer, armchairs and sofas for 15 people, and a large fireplace, this space is perfect for large gatherings. On the first floor, you will find 12 stables, watering trough and grooming area for horse lovers. This building is not included in the price of the reservation, you must consult if you want to use it. With 21,000 m² of land, the property allows you to explore every corner of the incredible Mediterranean forest that surrounds it. Water Activities: Less than half an hour away, the Iznájar Reservoir offers the opportunity to practice water sports such as kayaking, sailing and fishing.
