Charming Wooden Casita with Jacuzzi Welcome to our charming wooden cottage, located on the outskirts of the small village of Llanos de Don Juan, in Rute, Cordoba. This cozy retreat is ideal for those wishing to explore the charming villages of the area such as Priego de Cordoba, Rute, Lucena and Iznájar, as well as for getaways to emblematic Andalusian cities such as Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Antequera, Ronda and Ubeda, all only an hour or an hour and a half away. The cottage, of 62 m² distributed on two floors with a charming terrace of 16 m², has been lovingly built by the whole family, taking care of every detail to ensure maximum comfort and warmth. Although it is next to our property, it offers total independence and is accessed through a mechanical sliding door, thus guaranteeing the privacy of our guests. It is located on a plot of 205 m², with a large artificial grass garden ideal for children to play without worries. Outside, we have a cozy porch of wood and Arabic tiles of 50 m² equipped with wood oven, barbecue, bar, sink and a small planllero. Here you will also find a spacious tiled table with seating for six people. In addition, for those looking to relax, we offer a five-seater jacuzzi available as an option. Inside, the first floor features a comfortable living and dining area with a table for four, sofa bed for two, armchair and smart TV. The kitchen, equipped with a modern breakfast bar, includes induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Italian and espresso coffee makers, blender, blender, food processor, washer-dryer, oven and microwave. There is also a large bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will enjoy a magnificent bedroom with a double bed of 1.50x1.90 m and a two-seater sofa, as well as a terrace with stunning views of the Sierras Subbéticas and the surrounding olive groves. We have also installed hooks to hang a hammock, perfect for relaxing moments. From May to November, we enable the pool area for our guests, providing a perfect space to enjoy the water in total privacy. The casita also has WiFi and air conditioning on both floors for your comfort. In addition to all these amenities, we invite you to explore the nearby treasures less than an hour away, such as Lucena with its rich history and artisan tradition, Rute famous for its mantecados and liqueurs, or Iznájar surrounded by the largest reservoir in Andalusia. You can also visit Priego de Córdoba, known for its impressive historical and cultural heritage. For those who wish to venture a little further, we recommend visits more than an hour away, such as the beaches of the Costa del Sol in Malaga, the historic city of Ronda, the majestic Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, the impressive Alhambra in Granada, or the Renaissance cities of Ubeda and Baeza in Jaen.
