Il Casale dei Cinque Colli è il nostro nuovo punto di partenza, noi siamo Anna e Alessandro, dopo avere trascorso 30 anni nel settore della ristorazione in Brianza, abbiamo deciso con i nostri figli di cambiare vita e aprire una nuova attività. Cercando tra le varie regioni italiane abbiamo trovato nelle Marche la nostra nuova casa e il posto ideale per iniziare questo nuovo e impegnativo progetto ricco di soddisfazioni. Nel 2018 abbiamo trovato questo antico rudere nelle campagne di Ostra e abbiamo deciso di ricostruirlo completamente. Il risultato è una nuova struttura creata con materiali completamente bioedili, cappotto isolante naturale in sughero e per mantenere parte dell'aspetto del casale originale, abbiamo deciso di recuperare i mattoni delle facciate e le tegole del tetto dell'antico rudere. La nuova struttura utilizza pannelli solari per la produzione di energia elettrica e dell'acqua calda. Nostro figlio Lorenzo, titolare della struttura, ha studiato agraria e lo accompagna una forte passione per gli animali, si occupa dell'orto e parlando perfettamente l'inglese, anche dell'accoglienza dei clienti stranieri. Anna si occupa delle camere e della sala, mentre Alessandro dell'orto e della cucina. Gli altri nostri figli Andrea e Giuseppe, pur non trovandosi ad Ostra con noi, ci supportano online, avendo creato il sito internet e tenendo aggiornati i canali social.
