Description

We invite you to our small wooden cottage away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage on the hill overlooking the most beautiful sunsets is part of our agritourism "Cegielnia Art". However, it is located in a separate area and so you will not lack peace and quiet or privacy during your stay. Our farm is more than 16 hectares of meadows and forests located in picturesque Warmia. This is the perfect place for you if you are looking for a space to relax in slow style among nature. We're fans of good coffee and art, so you'll also find Letycja's art pottery studio on site and our food-truck "Chill on the Hill" where François serves French crêpes and coffee. The cottage is a first floor with a living room-kitchen and bathroom, and an attic where you will find a sleeping area. Going upstairs you will find a space with two single beds, and behind it a slightly separated space with a double bed. Downstairs in the cozy living room with a large window, you'll find a sofa bed, table, refrigerator, electric kettle, stove and necessary utensils. A bathroom with a shower is also located downstairs. The area around Nowy Kawkow has been known for years, for its artistic atmosphere and high density of interesting places such as; Lavender Field, Galeria Kawkowo, New Spa, Etno Warmia, Węgajty Theater and other interesting places about which we will gladly tell you.

I spent 2 nights there. It is an incredible place with beautiful and quiet surroundings. The house is very cozy and has all the necessary equipment. Communication with hosts was fast and smooth. Recommend!

A picturesque location and a charming cottage. It was sort of on the side of the farm and gwanted privacy. The owners were very nice and the pancakes and coffee they served were delicious.
