We invite you to a year-round holiday home located in Gamerki Wielkie, in a quiet and picturesque area by Lake Gamerki. The house has an area of 95 m² and is situated on a fenced plot of 1400 m², approximately 150 meters from the lake. The property does not have a direct shoreline. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation away from crowded tourist spots. The house is furnished in a traditional, rural style, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen, in addition to an induction hob, there is also a traditional tiled stove, where meals can be prepared in a way known from the old days. The house has three rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a corridor, a usable attic, and a covered terrace of about 30 m² and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fold-out corner sofa, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a hallway. From the living room, there is an exit to a large, covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, an additional refrigerator, and a small sofa. It is an excellent place for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening relaxation. On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a corner bathtub, two rooms, a corridor, and a balcony. In one of the rooms, there are two separate single beds, while in the other, there is a double bed and one single bed. Each room is equipped with a television. We take care of the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. After each stay, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ozonated using an ozonation device. Wi-Fi is also available on the premises. The plot is fenced and has its own parking. The area around the house is monitored, which further increases the safety of the guests. High shrubs surrounding the property provide privacy and a sense of freedom. The area is very quiet, and the village itself is not crowded with tourists, making it an excellent place for those wishing to relax in peace and close to nature. By Lake Gamerki, there is a large, publicly accessible pier, which is an excellent place for fishing and relaxation. The lake does not have a swimming area and is primarily intended for peaceful relaxation on a boat, kayak, SUP board, and for fishing. About 400 meters from the house, there is a small forest lake, which is perfect for swimming. Approximately 6 km away is Lake Morąg. On the property, we provide guests with a large garden pool, available from the second half of June to September, as well as a 6-person garden hot tub with a jacuzzi. For rentals shorter than a week, the use of the hot tub is additionally charged at 150 PLN. For weekly rentals, wood for the hot tub, about 0.25 cubic meters, is included in the price of the stay. Additional wood for the hot tub, upon request, in the amount of about 0.25 cubic meters costs 150 PLN. Guests also have at their disposal two fishing boats, a kayak, two composite SUP boards, and six life jackets. There is a grill on the property, and at the beginning of the stay, we provide a bag of coal, lighter, and four aluminum trays. There are also three bicycles, two deck chairs, and two sets of Nordic walking poles available. For those who enjoy active recreation, we have prepared a badminton and volleyball court along with a ball and equipment, as well as a foosball table. Children can enjoy a playground equipped with a swing, trampoline, sandbox, toys, and a slide. Upon request, we also provide a travel cot. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, kettle, Air Fryer, microwave, oven, induction hob, and washing machine. We provide guests with bed linen, towels, and disposable slippers. On-site, for an additional fee, there is also the possibility of using a professional massage service. The house is standardly designed for 6 people, but a larger number of guests is possible upon prior arrangement. On-site, honey and farm eggs can be purchased. Small pets can also be accepted upon prior arrangement – the cost for a pet's stay is 100 PLN for the entire stay. About 1500 meters away, in the village of Mostkowo, there is a sports facility "Orlik" with a football and tennis court. About 13 km from the house is Kretowiny – the tourist center of the area with a beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Approximately 25 km away is Olsztyn, where, in addition to numerous tourist attractions, you can enjoy the City Beach by Lake Ukiel, equipped with modern infrastructure. The rental period starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM. During the holiday season, we do not rent the house for periods shorter than a week – stays are from Saturday to Saturday. We also do not rent the property to youth for parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc. Apart from the fees mentioned above, you will not incur any other additional costs.
