The house, named after my grandmother Teodosia, combines Canadian rustic spirit with modern comfort. Surrounded by old trees, meadows, a fruit orchard and space for horses, it is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 🏡 Accommodation The house accommodates up to 16 people - ideal for family outings, gatherings of friends, small events or workshops. Guests can enjoy stylish interiors, a large terrace, a fireplace and barbecue area, an eco pool (under construction), and a sauna. 🎯 Additionally, we offer (for an additional fee): - Rental of the barn for workshops, corporate integrations, retreats, yoga, events - Outdoor sauna - Wood, coal, preparation of a campfire or barbecue - Horseback riding, sleigh rides, carriage rides - Possibility of organizing catering, DJ, animation and other attractions (advance reservation required) 🌙 For whom is this place? For quiet people who respect space and nature. We do not accept mass parties or guests without positive reviews.
