Hawrot Home is a comfortable, year-round premium house for up to 4 guests, located in the quiet village of Rynia, just a few dozen minutes from Warsaw. The interiors of Hawrot Home are adorned with a large collection of artworks that give the space a unique character and create an unparalleled atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a family getaway, a trip with friends, or a peaceful weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The proximity to nature, functional interiors, and private garden make it possible to truly relax at any time of the year. Hawrot Home offers about 100 m² of comfortable space designed for a pleasant stay for up to six people. Bright interiors, modern amenities, and a cozy atmosphere create excellent conditions for both relaxation and spending time together. Guests have at their disposal two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. The living room features a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services and an audio system available both inside the house and on the terrace. The house is equipped with ceiling-mounted Bluetooth speakers - separate for the living room and terrace. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meal preparation - an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with a supply of beans, kettle, toaster, and blender. Filtered drinking water flows from a small tap next to the sink. We recommend using it also for filling the kettle and coffee machine. Guests also have access to a dining table and a set of wine glasses. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, and basic toiletries such as shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap on site. The house is heated by a heat pump. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house along with a private garden and terrace equipped with garden furniture. There is also a gas grill on the terrace that can be used throughout the stay. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house, and the entire property is fenced. Opposite the house, there is a public recreational terrace that guests can use while maintaining silence, order, and respect for the comfort of others. Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Rynia is a quiet village located among fields, forests, and green areas, making it an excellent place for those who value peace and proximity to nature. The area is conducive to walking, cycling, and relaxing away from crowded resorts. Nearby, there are forests, local walking paths, and numerous recreational areas. It is a great base for discovering the charms of Mazovia, day trips, and peaceful relaxation in an intimate setting. The easiest way to reach Hawrot Home is by car. The property is located about an hour's drive from Warsaw, making it an excellent choice for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay outside the city. Due to the location of the house in the forest, internet speed may be lower than in the city. Smoking in the property is prohibited. Organizing parties and events is allowed after prior arrangement.
