Introducing a half-timbered cottage from 1790, which has been renovated with great heart, using natural materials. Inside the cottage, available are: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Together we can accommodate 9 people. Dogs are welcome with us. The house is picturesquely located in the Land of Extinct Volcanoes in Lower Silesia. From here you will also reach the beautiful Karkonosze and Izera Mountains. We recommend hiking or biking around the extinct volcano Ostrzyca Proboszczowicka. Garden with fireplace, sauna and barbecue available for exclusive use of guests The house is surrounded by a river, which allows you to cool off on hot days. In addition, for the summer we lay out a swimming pool for children. There are plenty of castles, palaces, lookout towers around, the possibility of canoeing or rafting on the Beaver River, horseback riding and alpacas in the village. We offer local products and access to producers (jams, eggs, etc.) Local enthusiasts offer a whole range of workshops for big and small (making natural cosmetics, jewelry, searching for agates, yoga, etc.). Very atmospheric pleasant place. We spent a few days there with our family in the summer. Nothing was missing, the kitchen is very well equipped with utensils. If I had to complain about anything - the knives were not sharp ;) (for families with children who cook, just this aspect made life difficult). Definitely recommend!!!

Chciałabym wystawić recenzję dla Chatki Zimorodka, w której spędziliśmy ostatni weekend. Byłyśmy grupą dziewczyn, świętowałyśmy moje urodziny i nie mogłabym sobie wymarzyć lepszego miejsca. Już od momentu przekroczenia progu, przenosimy się do innego świata. Wszystkie sypialnie są pięknie urządzone, klimatyczne i dopracowane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach, każda z łazienką. A przy tym czujesz się "jak u mamy" albo "jak u babci" :) Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, a salon/jadalnia idealnie nadaje się na poranne śniadanie oraz wieczorne biesiadowanie. Ogród i przestrzeń wokół chatki są obszerne, prowadzą do strumyka, z miejscem do odpoczynku pod dachem i sauną. Bliskość polnej drogi, która prowadzi do szlaku wygasłych wulkanów, sprawia, że jest to idealne miejsce na spacery. Polecam gorąco wszystkim, którzy doceniają klimatyczne, pełne historii miejsca. Gospodarze, Paul i Ania, są cudowni. Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały czas i na pewno chętnie wrócimy!
