From the location access to the Great Owl 1015m.a.s.l. in two hours. Designed for people who want a break from the hustle and bustle. Guests are invited to enjoy the panorama of the Rościszow valley, walks in the forest of the Owl Mountains Landscape Park, make a fire or in the fireplace. Active recreation and relationship with nature instead of TV. The house is located on a plot of land area of 0.5 hectares, exclusive for 2-6 people with a usable area of 55 m2., terrace of 35 m2. - A place for a bonfire. - Free-standing barbecue available outside the terrace area. - Beach chairs 4 pieces. - Terrace table and 6 chairs. Children are accepted from the age of 7 due to the mountainous nature of the plot: rocks right next to the house, steep stairs, rope instead of railing, pond next to the house, unfenced terrace. We accept small and medium-sized dogs for an additional fee of 200 zloty per stay, if they meet the condition: do not sleep in the bed and do not climb on the corner. They cannot be left alone, as the house is equipped with an alarm. The alarm is an integral part of opening and closing the house. Cats and other pets are not accepted. The property for the safety of guests is monitored. Cameras are outside the building. The cottage is not rented for social events, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties and other similar gatherings. There is a possibility of non-contact check-in/check-out if you do not arrive on time. First floor: - living room with kitchenette, - hallway, - bathroom. Living room: folding corner sofa with sleeping function 140x200cm, folding dining table with 4 chairs (2 more chairs available upstairs). Next to the kitchenette, in an alcove a recliner by a panoramic window of 100x200cm. For those who appreciate a hard floor. Bathroom: shower 80x100 cm. We have a bio septic tank. Only BIO cosmetics can be used. If you forget to bring BIO cosmetics, we have on-site prepared for guests. Floor: - bedroom one (bed 200x200 cm, windows without curtain option, with a beautiful view of the wooded mountainside), - second bedroom (bed 140x200 cm, narrow window with curtain option). Stairs to the floor with a rope instead of a balustrade. Heating: infrared (first floor, first floor). Additional heating: free-standing fireplace of the type ''goat''.
