Description
Hidden in the woods, the Red Barn is located in Łabędy - on the edge of a charming, small village located in the Drawskie Lake District, 60 km from Kołobrzeg, surrounded by beautiful lakes and forests. It's an ideal place for people who love active recreation surrounded by nature, swimming, horseback riding or cycling, but also lazy lounging on a hammock. The grounds on which the Red Barn is located include an old orchard, a small forest and a direct descent to the lake, where there is a private pier. Guests have a large garden, a designated fire pit and a covered gazebo with a large barbecue. On the first floor of the house is an open 120-square-meter space with a very well-equipped kitchenette, dining room and living room with a fireplace. In the sizable kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast and lunch yourself, or a romantic dinner on the platform. We've also taken care of such gastronomic curiosities as a Moroccan tajine, a waffle iron and a fire pit. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a large double bed and a spacious bathroom with a sauna. Upstairs there is a second bathroom, three rooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a relaxation and office space with armchairs, sofas, two desks with monitors and a printer. The Internet works very well, so you are also welcome to workation. The dining room, living room or terrace are ideal places for creative meetings - there is enough space for an intimate group and laptops. For guests who plan to spend more time with us, we can provide a washer-dryer by prior arrangement - please let us know when booking (service charged extra). We also offer the possibility of renting for special occasions, such as training, workshops, courses or sports trips. In a nutshell! Of the interesting things to do in the area, we recommend m.in: -swimming in the lakes (there is direct access to the lake and the pier from the Red Barn plot), -organized canoeing, -walks in the magical forests, -bicycle tours, -visiting one of the nearby horse farms, -exploring the surrounding landscape parks (Drawsko and Insko), -fishing in one of the hundreds of lakes, -searching for stone circles of the Goths, -wine tasting at regional vineyards, If that's still not enough, we have more ideas: -visiting Drahim Castle with the Templar and Joannite Museum, -observing wild bison and lynx, -visiting a nearby island on Lake Gągnowo, where traces of an early medieval settlement complex have been discovered, -treasure-hunting in Swansea, where two medieval coin pots have already been found, or searching for the Templar treasure hidden in the area, You are cordially invited!
