Description
The house is very large, one-story, made of wood, with a large covered terrace where feasts are held. From the spacious terrace one enters a large living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a 3-seater corner sofa and leather armchairs. On the first floor there is also a spacious kitchen (with refrigerator and gas-electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker) and a bathroom equipped with a shower and sauna. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are 3 double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom in which, in addition, there is a corner bed with sleeping space for another two people. At the other end of the plot is a second house about 50 meters away. A swimming pool with a paddling pool and a pool house on the plot is intended for the residents of both houses. A mushroom-rich forest, many lakes within a 1-2 km radius and numerous hiking and biking trails await you locally. The proposed number of guests resting in the house is 12, and bedding can be prepared for as many people. The amount of bedding is determined individually depending on your needs. The minimum rental period in low season is 4 nights Families with children are welcome Standard rental period in high season is one week The day of guest change is Saturday (off-season: by agreement) Arrival after 2 p.m. Departure by 10 a.m. New Year's Eve - the house is closed We accept small pets at no extra charge Deposit 700 PLN - I reserve the right to take a larger deposit without giving any reason The deposit collected by the owner at the time of handover of the property is returned to the tenant after deducting the additional fees due and any reasonable costs of damage caused by the fault of the tenant. The deposit is completely forfeited if more people are found to be present than agreed. Electricity consumption as indicated by the meter, the cost according to the rate of the operator cleaning is compulsory, fee 150 zł Kitchen fully equipped with household appliances: dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven and a set of dishes. Alternative charges: Bed linen 15 zł per set.
