The house is located in a very picturesque area of the Kashubian Landscape Park, in Nowa Huta, about 50 km from Gdansk, 60 km from Leba, 15 km from Sierakowice. The house is located on a huge hectare plot. On the plot there is a second house for rent, fenced off with a hedge and positioned so that the privacy of the stay is assured. From the plot, terrace and windows, there is a beautiful panorama of the area and the hills of Kashubian Switzerland. In the area intended for common use, there is a place for a bonfire, a playground with swings, a slide and a mini rock. Nearby are forests and forest lakes included in a strict reserve - no swimming or fishing allowed. To the nearest lake with a bathing area is approx. 5km - it is located in Strzepcz. A communal, guarded bathing area, complete with a pier and a gentle, sandy entrance, allows fun for the whole family. In Mirachowo, 3km from the cottage, there is a trout farm. The location of the cottage, allows you to spend time close to nature, in peace and quiet. In the area there are bike paths, and hiking trails. Nearby there is also a horse stud, and within 5km, you can enjoy water activities such as canoeing. To the rental price should be added service charges / for utilities (1kWh -1,2zł) are included in the protocol of transfer and acceptance, will be settled from the deposit after the end of the lease.
